The RPT is offering a unique opportunity to become an RPT Coach Educator enabling you to introduce a new income stream into your business. It also gives you the opportunity to train and develop your own coaching team and be able to offer Professional Development Courses to existing coaches in your area.
You will be able to deliver the course with total flexibility to work around your existing coaching programme and at your own facility. On successful completion of the course and assessments coaches will be able to deliver lessons for Juniors and Adults on a group and individual basis. The RPT qualification will enable people to apply for LTA Coach Accreditation (other LTA conditions apply) making this the most effective and efficient route to coaching independtly in the UK.
Each course has 5 CPD courses embedded into the programme which gives further opportunities to deliver professional development training for coaches in your area. The courses can be used as part of the LTA Coach Accreditation programme through the independent learning option.
