Education, Mentoring and Coaching have been at the forefront of AJ’s working life. During previous academic careers, he understood it was of utmost importance that his team truly understood their role, their subject, and their products in order to speak to clients with genuine confidence and enthusiasm and understood it was his responsibility that they were educated accordingly. This has extended to his tennis coaching career.
Since 2002, he has been a mentor and a coach to numerous individuals helping them with their game; their coaching programs; building businesses and providing opportunities that meet their educational needs. AJ lives for those “light bulb” moments of an individual. When they see the results of their hard work and determination. That smile of achievement is just one of the biggest rewards. AJ is certified with the iTPA (Certified Tennis Performance Specialist); RPT (Tennis Coach National Professional); RPT (Padel Tennis National Professional); RPP (Pickleball National Professional); PTR (Adult and Junior Pro); LTA (Level 3 Accredited Plus) and Board Member of the Women’s Tennis Coaching Association. |
