INTRODUCTION

The ICA Tennis Management Course has been introduced to meet the growing demand for training and education to support coaches in the off court part of being a tennis coach. The course addresses a wide range of topics which a coach needs to understand, appreciate and apply to be to develop a successful coaching business. On court coaching is the easy part of coaching, getting people onto court, keeping them there, management budgets, marketing, social media and sponsorship are also key areas a coach needs to understand to be successful. The course covers all these topics and more through a series of podcasts and reading materials. The course can be accessed at your convenience and can be completed over any time period allowing you to work through the learning at your own pace and in the order you wish to learn.

To complete the assessments for the ICA Diploma in Tennis Business and Management you will need to complete the following for your business:-

Business Plan
Marketing Plan
Sponsorship Proposal
Personal SWOT Analysis
Business SWOT Analysis

These can be submitted at anytime in any order. Certification will be processed when all elements have been successfully completed. If at any stage your work does not meet the required standards you will be given feedback to help you prior to resubmitting your work for further assessment
